Kagiso Ramohlale popular known as Kayfloyd SA is a multi-talented South African producer and vocalist from Bochum, Limpopo. He was born on July 1, 1999, and graduated from Mathipa Makgatho High School.



Kagiso began making music in 2010 and debuted in the music scene in 2022. He released his first track, in August 2023, collaborating with Yung Lord and Kino37. This track became the lead single for his first extended play (EP) titled "Birthday Shandies, released in April 2024. The EP was featured on the Beatport Amapiano Top 100 chart and ranked as one of the Best Amapiano albums in April for two consecutive weeks.

His music features elements of Sgija, a South African genre that blends house, amapiano, and kwaito. It is characterized by its upbeat tempo and heavy basslines. Sgija is generally more percussive and has a harder impact than traditional amapiano, and it is considered more from the streets of Pretoria in the 2000s, it was performed by artists such as Mo'java and others. Sgija has gained popularity recently due to its infusion with amapiano and kwaito.
