Biography of CHRISTO B
CHRISTO B also known as "De Jah Vessel" was born on 21st August, in a place called Basake-Aiyinse in Nzema land.
His father named him Christopher Bonyinli and artistically known as CHRISTO B.
He carries the messages of Jah, so many of the people and his fans call him " De Jah Vessel "
CHRISTO B is from Africa, western part of Ghana.
Both father and mother are from Nzema where the founder of Ghana's Independence " Osagyefo Dr Kwame Nkrumah comes from.
CHRISTO B grew up in Nzema land and later moved to Greater Accra, the capital city of Ghana.
CHRISTO B was caught up with the reggae spirit in the year 2007 when African Reggae King Lucky Dube was shot to death and that has been the reason why he always says; continuation of Lucky Dube's Agenda.
He officially recorded his first album in 2014, album titled No Active Law In I Country. he was threatened by some police officers due the punchy message in that particular song which preaches against the crime and corruption in the policing, so CHRISTO B did not release the album out.
in 2015, CHRISTO B recorded another album of 8 tracks titled; Kudos To Mummy.
on this album he featured one of the reggae legends by name Shasha Marley from Ghana.
Shasha Marley was featured on two tracks " THE TRUTH IS ONE & KUDOS TO MUMMY"
The album was officially launched out on over 150 musical platforms across the whole wide world on 24th June, 2022 on the recording label JOE ETTI PRODUCTION currently known as
THE EMPIRE OF BNF MASTERING PRODUCTION is the main root behind the great works coming from CHRISTO B.
In November, 2023. CHRISTO B released another single titled DREADLOCKS POWER which talks about the Blackman supremacy and how God uses the locks of man to perform His miracles.
In 2025, Christo B released two massive singles titled... Mr. LITIGANT and JAHVEN
